We deliver PAN India.
All orders received before 11 AM will be shipped the same day (Not Applicable for Sunday and Public Holidays). However, orders that need customization will be shipped within 48-72 hours after receiving the order. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Glissers Ecom is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Return can be initiated only if:
1. Customer has received a defective/damaged product.
2. Customer has received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send the replacement product for the damaged item immediately on your request, which will take standard time for delivery.
It's recommended to create a video while opening the seal of your package, to claim easy replacements.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if you have done online payment. In case of COD order, we will ask for your bank details. Post verification we will process the refund to your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
While we try to maintain our website up to date with stock availability, there are times when we are unable to fulfill the orders due to multiple orders received at the same time. In that case, we will show you alternate options. If you don't like the alternative, we will issue a full refund if you have done online payment.
While most of the products available on the website are Cash on Delivery (COD) eligible, there are some products which can't be COD due to high demand and low supply.
